When will things change for the better??

My dob is 27/4/82 17.08 at mumbai, india. I am female and am looking for a guy for marraige purpose. I have been hearing all sorts of things that this period is the best period for marrige and stuff. Its not that we are not getting proposals.We are getting lots of proposals as well. But things are just not getting materialised. I have met a few prospectives and the initial response has been positive. But then it just does not get materialised. I was wondering if there is any particular remedy i could do to just lemme reach the end finally?
