Is it wrong to add randoms onto ure msn?

ok say a 13 year old added this guy on her msn and say he's over 19...and they only talked for 5 mins before she added him, (they met over the internet) but she thinks he is alright, but does not accept to send photos or go on cam with him, is it alright to talk to him over msn. what r the dangers? e.g getting stalked, account getting hacked etc...?
