Is this a good reply to my job interview thank you note?

it just means that they are still interviewing other applicants who may be qualified or even more qualified for the job. give them another week. if they don't call, it officially means another person got the position. to be sure, you may email/text them and ask them nicely about their decision. tell them that you'd appreciate the information so you can proceed with your other plans if you didn't make it. ;)
