What kind of lock is best?

so i want to put a lock on my bedroom door. (to stop my sister taking my clothes!? i have tried screw on ones before with a padlock but she just unscrews the screws! i know i could get one that fits into the door but ive looked into how you do it and it looks like a big job! does anyone know of a lock that might be suitable. thanks
