No you shouldn't swim in the ocean after getting a piercing. There is bacteria, sand, etc. that can get into your piercing and cause irritation or infection. If you want your belly on pierced I would reccommend waiting until after you go to the beach. Salt water is only good for your piercing when it is sterile and obviously ocean water is not clean enough.
