What should we do if our daughter is not allowed to join a dancing cl because of her disability?

our daughter, taryn, has down syndrome. she had seen some films about dancing on television and she really liked it. she loved dancing so much that i decided to enroll her in a dancing cl. i found a dancing cl for her but the teacher would not accept her. she says she shouldn`t be in that cl because of her disability, which made me really upset. why would she be so discriminating? taryn may be slow but she is very keen. what should we do?
