Which videocard is better for a M7VIG 400 7.x mother board?

I need to upgrade my video card, becouse I�m too boring and when I download a cool game like Hitman, or Manhunt, it is displayed a mesage saying that Diret3d failed to initialize. well i don�t know if i need a video driver or a new video card. I was searching for information about my motherboard and find that it has video card integraded and can suport a new video card, but I don�t know which one.
