Is Ligori's Pizza and Pasta of Ogden, Utah going out of business?

Someone told me that Ligoris was told to move out of their Ogden location at 4421 Harrison Blvd in Ogden, UT by the end of the month. What gives? Are they going out of business or are they planning to tear down the strip mall where they are located to build something else? Is their location at 2798 Hill Field Rd in Layton also closing? Will they be moving somewhere else in Ogden? Are they going out of business? They have had the best pizza in Ogden! The owner of Ligoris use to be part of Tony's Pizza before opening his own restaurant. Everybody in Ogden has grown up eating Tony's pizza and probably have tried Ligoris! It is a shame if they are going out of business!
