How do I deal with a close friend who plays the "victim card"?

Your friend sounds like a very childish manipulator with major issues. I would move on to to greener pastures and find a more mature friendship with others that does not involve catering to demented young ladies who like to twist and shout about "everyone" being their enemy if they don't agree with her. Let this one die a quiet death and find another "friend". Good luck!
