Have you seen this.....?

When I was in Atlanta, I seen most of the police men on these unicycles. These unicycles, which had one wheel were not motorized. But they would balance perectly, it was almost like you couldn't turn them over (it looked like). But all they had to do was lean forward and it would accelerate and start moving fast. It was cool! What are these? Have you ever heard of them?
