Geek Squad Scam? What do i do? Im getting worried, help!?
If you have proof (receipts, etc.) that you gave them the computer, this will help. Explain that you want the computer back, broken or fixed, within 5 business days. If you used a credit card, then they should have records of it too. They should be responsible for replacing the notebook that they lost, as they are at fault. Most likely, they won't replace your computer, but if they decide to pay you for damages, they'll want a statement showing how much you originally paid for the laptop. Have all of these various things ready, and call them. Make sure you're polite, things will go much easier.
