Does anyone know where I can buy/mail order a Rose called Belinda's Dream?

I'm getting married next year and want to grow some Belinda's Dream Roses so that I can use them in my bouquet and table decorations. I wanted to plant a rose bush in my garden but I can't find anyone in the UK who sells them anymore.
