Can anyone please answers the questions below?

circular tube columns use less steel than rectangular / square / i beam section , foundations may be more prone to punching shear , upward thrust into beam may be greater , more difficult to tie into beam , pure aesthetics may make circular section more acceptable , good luck . EDIT search " buckling " and the plasticity and elasticity of materials and their 2 moment and how Euler is not praticable
